Marci, it's not unheard of for birds (including hawks) to be aggressive towards anyone or anything that approaches their nest. After all, it's their young they're protecting. Still, give them enough berth and everyone's happy. I can't help but wonder if a bunch of upset golfers started complaining about the hawks ruining their eighteenth hole. I wouldn't be surprised, but then again I wasn't there.
