This plant looks like PITTOSPORUM PENTANDRA, a troublesome exotic from Taiwan and the Phillipines. Note the size of the fruit (smaller than False Mastic), and clustering of fruit (usually produced singly on stalk off twigs, below most of the leaves, on the mastic). Look at "google images" with scientific name entered for a few (2 pages) of images. On a more positive note, grey kingbirds have arrived in many spots on Miami Beach, and on Sunday there was indigo buntings, n. waterthrush, and Yellow billed cuckoo at the botanical gardens at 21 st.
