I have been lurking on the Everglades chat board and have been enjoying your photos. Enchanted Forest is actually in north Dade, but not too far from the Broward/Dade line. Was the bridge accessible? When I was there they taped it up and put baracades at the entrance because of "Wilma Damage". That area on the other side can be very good.
As for Miami Shores, I forgot to mention that two days ago I saw four Black Skimmers fly over the Miami Shores Country Club. Then today I heard a Black-whiskered Vireo singing across the street. It would be great if he would stick around, but there is not enough habitat.
