While the numbers weren't enormous, I'll take quality over quantity any day. Most of the birds were seen in the Nature Center near the boardwalk, but there was a nice flock near the canal in the north section of the park. Homeless Hammock was rather quite. Here's the morning's list:

Northern Parula
Tennessee Warbler
BLUE-WINGED WARBLER (in the north pines near the picnic tables)
Magnolia Warbler
Cape May Warbler
Black-throated Blue Warbler
Yellow-rumped Warbler
Prairie Warbler
Palm Warbler
Blackpoll Warbler
Yellow-throated Warbler
Worm-eating Warbler
Black-and-white Warbler
American Redstart
Swainson's Warbler
Ovenbird
Northern Waterthrush
KENTUCKY WARBLER (just north of the boardwalk near trail)
MOURNING WARBLER (same area as Kentucky)
Common Yellowthroat
CANADA WARBLER (west of the NW corner of boardwalk) Life Bird!

Pine Warbler (I didn't see it but Trey saw it near the broken gate)

There were no other non-warblers around except for a solitary Blue-headed Vireo (no pun), and a bunch, I mean a bunch, of Yellow-billed Cuckoos. Trey took a photo of a Cooper's with a warbler in it's talons. I hope it wasn't the Canada.

My "Orange Juice" will be a Schneider Aventinus Weizen Doppelbock. Cheers!
