Vince, I made the initial ID of Cave Swallows based on the fact that the birds had a pale cheek, forehead and throat. They did have a dark area on the chest. However, none had the dark cheek that I would expect to see on Cliff Swallows that I see regularly in Michigan. Appreciate the help. Didn't really register with me about them disappearing around 9am, but they surely did.
