I have seen more dead rattlesnakes in Everglades National Park than alive. It's nice to know that there are a couple big ones still around. I'm over in Tallahassee, and earler today in Wakulla County I found a nice 4 1/2 foot Gray Ratsnake. I was just able to pick it up slowly and gently and it didn't even try to strike.
