Not only is Trey a fine wildlife photographer, but he helps others out by posting their photos. Thanks, buddy; you're a real gentleman.

There was limited action at Anhinga Trail today. There were a few gators bellowing, but not the swamp symphony of the other day. It looked like Steve Siegal was getting some good video footage of one big guy roiling the waters acoustically.

Lots of new baby Anhingas in several broods (how late do these guys nest?). Found Swallow-tailed Kites, as usual, near the turnoff to Research Road. Carolina Wrens were singing in the undergrowth.

On the way out, I stopped at the culvert just west of the two bridges near the Park pay station and found about 50 baby alligators, hanging with Mom. They're only about 12 in. long and very colorful -- great photo subjects.
