Well, no luck with the La Sagra's this morning, but I did get to meet the
park biologist, Liz. She gave me some interesting history about the park, its
vegetation and wildlife while we looked for the elusive La Sagra's.
Less than a 10% of the birds from the night before were still around. I did
see most of the same species as yesterday, just less in number. The only thing
new was a Yellow-billed Cuckoo that fly through the area where the flycatcher
had been seen. I guess most of the migrants left last night.
I ran into Robin on the way out, so I don't know if she had any better luck.
