I don't know that any spot is 100% sure-fire, as they do tend to move around all the time. But I seem to see them VERY frequently around the Tall Cypress reserve in Coconut Creek - they're not IN Tall Cypress, but usually west of the actual park, along Turtle Run Blvd. If you park at the Tall Cypress lot, then walk out to the road, and walk west, as you get to the end of the park boundary and see a field with power lines and small ponds along the edge, they're often in the power poles, or the trees along the road. I see monk parakeets there often too - but very often there seem to be nandays around, when they're not flying off somewhere to feed.
