Joe, if I were advising an out-of-town birder with limited time on where to go to look for these, I'd probably recommend trying Evergreen Cemetery in Ft. Lauderdale. Even if you don't see the b-c's, you'll likely see at least a couple kinds of exotic parrots, not to mention a great assortment of other birds.
The Parkland birds roam around and are tough to pin down to a specific location.
