Green Cay, Wako - Cape Mays, blackpolls, and a ST kite!

Good action this weekend at these two PB parks. Waves of migrants were passing through Saturday, and Green Cay had big numbers of Cape May warblers (15+), blackpoll warblers (20+), magnolia warbler (1), lots of northern parulas, black-and-white warblers.

Wakodahatchee today also had a large number of B&W warblers, some blackpolls, a few Cape Mays, and lots of parulas.

An unusual sighting for Wako, at least in the hundreds of times I've been there, was a swallow-tailed kite making the rounds over the water - that's the first one of those I've ever seen there...and seemed farther east than they usually are around southern Palm Beach.
