Things are picking up here at the Deering Estate at Cutler. Just while loading kayaks onto a truck for rentals at 8:55am I had 15 warblers of 9 species in a mixed feeding flock along the mangroves in the public portion of the park. In total I had 11 warbler species (I went into the restricted natural area of the estate from 7:15-8:45am)!
Mixed Flock:

Black-throated Blue Warbler 2
American Redstart 3
Blackpoll Warbler
Black-and-white Warbler
Northern Waterthrush 2
Prairie Warbler
Worm-eating Warbler
Palm Warbler 2
Seen earlier:
Magnolia Warbler
Ovenbird
