Went birding this morning from 6:25am-9:00am (before the rain) and again from 12:20pm-1:50pm (right after the rain) but did not notice much difference. Both times I started at the visitor center parking lot (sw 168th street) and went north along 72nd avenue (which eventually turns into the public multi-use Chinese Bridge Trail) until sw 156th street. There were certain birds seen in the morning that were not seen in the afternoon and vice-versa.

Blackpoll Warbler 1 (only in the am)
American Redstart 1 (only in the am)
Black-throated Blue Warbler 1 (only in the am)
Common Yellowthroat
Black-and-white Warbler
Worm-eating Warbler
Northern Parula
Prairie Warbler 2 (only in the pm)
Ovenbird 3 (only in the pm)
Indigo Bunting 1 (only in the am)

In the morning I also did a half hour baywatch but with the exception of Blue-winged Teals migrating north, there was not anything unexpected.
