They are definitely starting on their northward journey! I have three greenies left. A mature male was not seen yesterday for the first time, and another left the preceding week. I had a total of eight Painted Buntings seen at one time. They are always a delight to have. Two Gray Catbirds remain and make very interesting yard birds with their amusing antics. They sure gobble the raisins and grape jelly and are frequent bird bath occupants.
