I'm 100% confident that it's an Onychognathus starling. Resembles a Tristam's and Red-winged Starlings in terms of tail length and color patterns, but I don't have any experience telling apart the subtle differences in wing shading (copper in the former vs. chestnut in the latter) to confidently assign it to either species.
