The tail end of the cold front lingered during the morning, which gave us a cloudy, overcast start. The birds were laying low and stayed quiet. As the sun came out, things began to pick up, but nothing to write home about. We hit one pocket of warblers, buntings, and woodpeckers at the SE corner of the park.
