STA-2 is closed to the public except for organized trips -- by reservation only -- by the Audubon Society of the Everglades.
If you are asking about the American Flamingos that are reported there, all ASE trips are currently full with wait lists. You can send an email to ASEtripinfo (at) gmail (dot) com, subject "STA-2 trip" with your name(s), possible dates, and contact cell phone number.
You will be put on a wait list but, if there are any cancellations, you could possibly move up to the "real" list.
