I don't think I've ever gone anywhere but the ponds to the north, or the boardwalk...how to you get to the fire-break and west perimeter road? Is this the far western perimeter of the area, bordering the school? Do you access it off Sample, or from the ponds to the north...or that grassy trail area that runs south from the parking lot? Sorry, I'm not as familiar with the park other than the boardwalk itself!
