The March monthly bird walk at Tall Cypress Natural Area in Coral Springs is scheduled for this Sunday, Mar. 8 beginning at 7:30 am.

In addition to the usual winter residents, expect to see Great Horned Owl, Pileated Woodpecker, White-eyed and Blue-headed Vireo. The first few Black-throated Blue Warblers have also been easy lately. Nanday Parakeets remain hit-and-miss, but are seen most mornings.
