On several occasions I have gone aboard The Reward Fleet out of Miami Beach Marina or Kelley's Fleet out of Haulover but neither has ever provided great pelagic birding. Mostly a Cory's Shearwater one day, a Pomerane Jaeger the next but not consistent at all.
If only there was someone who's boat was in the water and almost ready to launch. One can dream...
