Leucistic Vulture at Flamingo

On Sunday a ranger at the Flamingo visitors center told me that a leucistic vulture that is all white except for a black head, has been seen in the Flamingo area, especially around the campground. I looked but could not find it. I saw several Swallow-tailed Kites soaring north in the Flamingo area.
