During our recent visit to Florida I saw a single Swallow-tailed Kite fly over Long Key SP on 18 Feb. On 19 Feb we saw two on the south side of Hwy 41 near Naples. Beautiful birds, glad we caught some early arrivals before leaving on the 22nd.
