Possible Abdim's Stork sighting off Krome Ave

Hi all,
A friend sent me a photo yesterday of a bird walking along the canal just east of Krome Ave and 200 Street. She said it was much bigger than an ibis. Although the photo is a little blurry, it looks like an Abdim's stork. A band cannot be seen in the photo. I can text anyone an image since I don't have a Flicker or other account to upload it. It would be great if someone could get down there and see if they could verify it.
