Gave it a go this morning and was not disappointed. I parked on the intersection of CR 9336 and SW 217th avenue and immediately heard the birds calling at 7am. I went north along 217th ave and walked into the plowed field via a vehicle access point and had easily over 100 AMPI flying back and forth over me and all around. As the morning progressed they flew closer and closer to CR 9336 where they fed and vocalized the entire time. Also had over 300 Tree Swallows and a single Northern Rough-winged Swallow.
