Rick emailed me with updated information in regards to the dove:

11:30am. Heard initially scuffing thru leaves. Not a consistent rustle, so thought at first it was the kicking of one of the many catbird. Seen twice on the ground immediately thereafter. Second instance was foraging close in the wake of an Ovenbird.
