I have been playing soccer at the Miami Shores Recreation Center almost every day for three weeks. Towards late afternoon, there is a lot os psittacid activity. Couples or groups of Orange-winged Parrots and Chestnut-fronted Macaws can be seen flying southeast over the golf course just to the north of the soccer fields. White-eyed (sometimes in flocks of up to 55+), White-winged, some Yellow-chevroned, and Monk Parakeets are daily.
All sightings are from the northernmost fields near the golf course and tot lot.
Back at the house to the southwest of the Recreation Center, it seems White-winged Parakeets are attemting to nest near the house. They often perch in a large exotic tree in the neighbors yard.
A probable Red-eyed Vireo flew over my front yard Sunday. I was not able to relocate it.
