On the NPS-Everglades webpage there is info about a vulture tagging project underway, with instructions for reporting. Can google "vulture tagging project to find. [nps.gov/ever/planyourvisit/vulturetaggingproject]
I saw a pink-tagged Black Vulture at AD Barnes last weekend and reported.
