For eBird users this coming weekend: "flagged" birds that trigger a confirmation, need attention. The bird can be flagged for several reasons: unusual number, uncommon for this area, seasonal date, etc. A good description of field marks is essential for rare/uncommon birds. We're lucky in Miami-Dade to have so many exotic birds but by design, eBird filters are mostly set at zero for the parrots and parakeets. A brief description of field marks that are unique to the species, is helpful.
