After a half hour baywatch from the People's Dock failed to turn up any Horned Grebes, loons or scoters, I birded the walkway leading back to the visitor center parking lot. About halfway up I managed to pish out a little feeding flock that included the continuing Blue-winged Warbler first found on 1/1/15 by Angel Abreu. I typically see this bird inside the estate property but it had been missing for a couple weeks until today. Access to the dock is free to public and provides great opportunities to witness the morning liftoff from the mangrove rookery islands in the bay.
