Quite a few years ago, when visiting the night Chihuly glass art exhibit at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden,--I spotted two Black Skimmers foraging in the main long lake there. It was almost surreal and with the dimly lit area they were barely visible. The faint light cast by the lemon colored glass sculpture at the most distant point of the lake gave them a ghostly appearance. ---It was an amazing sight for sure!
