The 18th annual Great Backyard Bird Count (http://gbbc.birdcount.org/) scheduled for February 13-16, 2015 is fast approaching, inviting birders from all over the world to submit their sightings in a massive citizen science eBird blitz.
The Miami Birding Wave is jumping behind this massive citizen science project, encouraging local birders to participate in the first annual Great Miami Winter Bird Count from February 13-16 by using the platform offered by the GBBC.
Please see http://miamibirdingwave.com/ for full details on how to participate.
