I agree that's how it should be. Except most migration days, especially in spring, I park at Matheson Hammock, walk around for a bit, don't use any gas, and get 2 species of warblers, and a cardinal. If I were to drive around and visit all the parks on most spring migration days, I would use a lot of gas, get a lot of gas myself from dealing with the traffic, miss work, and end up getting 3 species of warblers, and a cardinal.
