Al Drisoll and I arrived at Snake Road (exit 49 off Intersate 75) at 8:15am and began searching the area around the Seminole Welcome billboard. Just as I was about to give up at 9:45 the bird vocalized across the road from the billboard and showed itself and vocalized continuously till we left at 10:00. It was on the tops of the small trees and did make some short flights. Was able to digiscope some photos.
