Two sightings; one at 7:50am or so, one just now, thanks to an aggressive little Shrike. The owl dropped into the tall grasses by a Brazilian Pepper, the Shrike has been flying agitated around the top for the past five minutes.
On the south side of the berm, where it curves from W to SW, there's a snag very close to the berm, looks to be a completely bare willow, with the pepper coming up above the grasses 30 yards or so S.
The second sighting was from 25 yards away in great light; 100% not a Northern Harrier.
