A good place to try is Griffing Blvd. at NE 121st St. in Biscayne Park (north of Miami). Very often a pair of SB Orioles shows up there in the morning, c. 1/2 hour after sunrise. They are there at other times, but morning is best. Often in trees in the median strip of Griffing, but they may also be on the canal side of the road. You can park next to the apartment building at the corner of Griffing Blvd. and W Dixie Hwy. There are parrots and parakeets in the area too, including WW Parakeet. Hope this does not reach you too late; I had intended to check the place before posting, but have not been able to do so.
