It depends on how you define "North America." There is an eBird submission from near Mexico City. If you include the Caribbean, there are submissions from Hispaniola, Puerto Rico and Barbados.
It appears to be the southernmost for Florida. The previous southernmost I've found was a December, 1989 sighing at Snake Bight. Needless to say, yesterday's sighting was a Monroe County first for me.
