Just a reminder that the January monthly bird walk at Tall Cypress Natural Area in Coral Springs is scheduled for this Sunday, Jan. 11 beginning at 7:30 am. Additional details at the link below.
It will be interesting to see what the weather will bring in this weekend. I'm guessing that the Cedar Waxwings and Robins may finally make an appearance. Also of interest to local birders, a Broad-winged Hawk has recently taken up residence; and for our out-of-town visitors, there's a good chance that we'll see the Nanday Parakeets.
