The Swainson's Warbler that was first reported by Alex Harper on December 15, 2014, and several times since (December 19, 20, 23, 2014), was relocated today (10:30am), on the same walking trail running along the east of the park (just west of the railroad tracks), but farther north where trail starts bending west. The bird was feeding with an Ovenbird, and was observed about twenty feet from the main trail.
A rather vocal Nashville Warbler was observed on the far west side of the park off the main walking trail just north of the playground. The warbler was in the mixed understory of wild coffee, marlberry covered by dried up Air Potato Vines.
