I stopped by Barnes this morning for ½ hour and saw 6 warblers (Palm, Parula, Yellow-rumped, Yellow-throated, Redstart, B&W), plus a calling Tufted Titmouse, and heard a singing Spot-breasted Oriole. Also seen on the brief visit were Osprey and Cooper's Hawk.

On an unrelated front, a small flock of 4 Chestnut-fronted Macaws has apparently taken up residence in the Falls/E Kendall area. I've seen the flock several times now over my yard in the past 2 months or so, and today saw them in the area of SW 96 St & SW 97 Ave. Folks birding the Baptist Hospital area should probably keep an eye out for them.
