Since the hurricanes in 2005, American Flamingos have been sporadic. They used to be regular starting from late summer/fall through most of the winter near Snake Bight Channel. Unless you hear one reported, your current chances of seeing one are not good. You would be better off looking for some of our other specialty birds.
