YES, eBird has confirmed the WESP. I was also unable to relocate the WESP today; I was near the W end of Loxahatchee RD from about 4 P.M. to 6 P.M., although I only spent about 5 minutes at the fig tree where my photos were taken. (NO, I found no Kingbirds. Western Kingbird is a great find. Your photos don't seem to show the white outer tail feathers. So, maybe you have the even rarer Tropical Kingbird.)
