STA-5 Birding Opportunity & Video Shoot

Psst! Wanna be in a movie? On Saturday, March 18th, Main Sail Video Productions out of Ft. Myers ( http://www.mainsailvideo.com/ ) will conduct a video shoot for the South Florida Water Management District on the restoration process of the Everglades. They want to video birders at STA-5 in Hendry County "doing their thing." On that day, STA-5, normally off-limits to the public, will be open to birders. If you want to see some great birds like both whistling-ducks, Purple Swamphen, Purple Gallinule, possible Peregrine Falcon, American Bittern, Black Skimmer, plus other great birds, come on out to STA-5. The gate opens at STA-5 at 8:30AM. If interested, PLEASE contact Margaret England first, at:
