I checked out Greynold's Park in North Miami Beach on a cool and crisp morning. Greynold's Park is clad with large live oaks and a few hammocks along with some mangrove forest. The park certainly has potential, and it has produced in the past. I think I just scratched the surface this morning, although I tried to sweep the western portion of the park rather thoroughly. Along with thirteen warbler species, the highlight was a Ruby-crowned Kinglet just west of the park offices. It was in a large mixed flock of vireos, gnatactchers and warblers.
Ebird report:

Dec 11, 2014 7:43 AM - 11:14 AM
Protocol: Traveling
2.4 mile(s)
Comments: Morning temperatures in the mid 50s with clear skies. I meandered the trails from the boat launch parking lot to the northwestern corner of the park, skirted the golf course and headed to the southeastern section of the park. I did not check the trail systems along the northeastern section.
