I would say Orange-crowned. It has sharply pointed Tennessee/Orange-crowned looking bill, and streaking on the breast. I would like to see the undertail a little better, but my first impression was Orange-crowned and I haven't changed my mind after a closer look. However, I'm not 100% positive, just my opinion. Any other pictures?
