Blue-winged Warbler and American Pipit at Lucky Hammock

On Friday in the Lucky Hammock Annex area I saw a male Blue-winged Warbler and a flyover American Pipit. On Saturday at the Sparrow Fields north of the Coastal Prairie Trail there were eight Nelson s and one Salt Marsh Sharp-tailed Sparrows along with a White-tailed Kite. A walk down Snake Bight Road didn t turn up any surprising birds but there were still a few Pale-green Darners (Triacanthagyna septima) along the trail.
