Went down to West Lake with my brother Michael and cousin Jared to try for the Canvasbacks photographed recently. I arrived at 8:30am and by 9 we had one bird relatively close to the docks. At that time Carlos Sanchez popped up and we were able to find a second. Awesome belated bday bird for me and county lifer #317!
