White-tailed Kites at C-357---Sparrow Fields East Evergaldes down SW 168 Street

Two birders who were leaving as I was arriving, spotted two or three White-tailed Kites not far from the entrance on the berm of the sparrow fields. As soon as I got up on the berm they were flying slightly to the North of the berm. I saw them almost immediately and saw two.
