Hi Dee,
All _Myiarchus_ flycatchers are considerably larger than phoebes. Your bird is not an Ash-throated Flycatcher, as it would show a dark band along the tail tip. The bird is fairly bright below and has a pale-based bil, which means that it probably is a Great Crested Flycatcher rather than a Brown-crested.
