I found a Brown-crested Flycatcher at AD Barnes this morning; it was in the hammock immediately on the left as you turn into the park. The bird vocalized several times. Carlos Sanchez also found it independently of me and got a photograph.
The park was birdy overall; in addition to the flycatcher I had 11 sp of warbler incl Tennessee and Magnolia, both Scarlet and Summer Tanager, Baltimore Oriole, Rose-breasted Grosbeak. Pied-billed Grebe has also now returned.
