This was a wonderful thing to see. This morning (dania beach) at about 8:00, I had a flyover of 30-40 red crowned amazons. This used to be a daily occurrence, albeit in much larger numbers. They were flying as if a falcon were in the vicinity, swooping around in a tight bunch, and screaming. I did not see any falcons. I thought these birds were gone for good, it's been a long time. 3 nandays were flying beneath them. They have been scarce also.
